  I was looking for a down to earth, friendly place to get fit. There were lots of options in the area but none that made me feel welcome and comfortable like coaches Simone, Rodd and Nat. No posers, no mirrors - just normal people like me wanting to stay healthy.
  
  I've been going for three years now and don't think I've ever done the same program twice. Sim is great at mixing it up and keeping it interesting so you never get bored. She makes sure your technique is right to get the most out of the exercise, and encourages you to go that little bit further when you need it. It's the personalised touch that keeps you going and makes you feel part of the Club.
  
  I'm fitter, lighter and healthier than I've ever been and I actually look forward to going to the gym.

  Having a coach assisting you through a gym program is awesome. Plus having a suggested program to follow each time means I don't have to use my brain first thing in the morning. I just go in, work out, have fun and feel like I've worked hard. I also like that there's no egos there. Just regular locals like me looking for some self-improvement. :)

  I love that EFM gives me a different training program every day so I never get bored like I did with previous gyms. Having a coach available all the time means that my training is always tailored for me - allowing for my injuries, personal goals and even my mood on the day! A friendly team and an unpretentious environment - highly recommended!
